Grieg Connect has entered into an agreement with Port of Borg in Fredrikstad to deliver a combined port and terminal operating system (TOS). The system will simplify workflows to ensure efficient port calls, gate handling and container moves.

Digitised port assets are now available in Grieg Connect Port management information system for viewing, editing and updating. The assets are available from an interactive map that are sychronised with a national database for asset information. During 2022 several smart tools will provided added value to the asset solution.

In matter of days, Port of North Cape was up and running with their new port management system. The port upgraded its system the autumn of 2020 from an on-premises to a cloud-based solution provided by Grieg Connect.  Grieg Connect has now assisted more than 45 ports with new and modern cloud solutions.

In Grieg Connect we are deeply involved in the EU funded AEGIS project, where “autonomous vessels meet automated ports”.
