Grieg Connect is the leading provider of Port Management Information Systems (PMIS) in the Nordics, with more than 85 port installations across the region. Our cloud-based solutions help ports work smarter, safer, and greener – handling everything from berth bookings and operational planning to invoicing and secure gate access.

We’re a tight-knit, international team of 35 professionals based in Norway, Sweden and Finland – backed by the family-owned Grieg Group. With strong market momentum, exciting projects, and an ambitious growth path ahead, we’re now looking for a commercial talent with experience in both new sales and account management to help us strengthen customer relationships and drive growth across the Nordics.

About the Role

As Key Account Manager with sales responsibility, you’ll play a key role in both winning new business and further developing our relationships with existing customers. You’ll become a trusted advisor to some of the most forward-thinking ports in the Nordics, working at the intersection of sales, customer success and solution development.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key Nordic port customers
  • Drive new sales opportunities across the Nordic port sector
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling based on customer needs
  • Act as the bridge between customers and our product/delivery teams
  • Help ports extract the most value from our solutions over time
  • Represent Grieg Connect at client visits, workshops, and industry events
  • Contribute to a growing company culture with high ambitions and great team spirit

What We’re Looking For

You’re commercially savvy, curious, and confident in complex environments. You know how to build long-term trust and you’re excited by the idea of shaping future-ready port solutions.

We believe you’ll thrive here if you have:

  • Experience in B2B solution sales and/or key account management
  • Industry experience from ports, logistics, or ERP-based systems
  • A strong sense of structure, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, as well as English.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach – you like owning your work and outcomes
  • A relevant academic education

Travel across the Nordics will be a natural and energizing part of the role.
