- Mobile number
- Company, and address of the company or other firm

- Data provided by the user regarding the user’s firm
- Information on the use of Grieg Connect products and services
- Customer satisfactions queries, questionnaires etc.
1.2. By logging in to your personal user account at griegconnect.com, we will be able to collect the following indirectly identifying personal Data about you, such as:

- E-mail address
- Mobile number
- Company, and address of the company or other firm
- Position within the organization
- Data provided by the user regarding the user’s firm
- Information on the use of Grieg Connect products and services
- Username and password for services
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Upon visiting griegconnect.com, you agree that Grieg Connect AS may place cookies and process Personal Data as described in this Statement, in accordance to The Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven) § 2-7 b.

The Personal Data collected by Grieg Connect AS are used for the following purposes:
3.1 Statistics and analysis
Grieg Connect AS collects information about visitors at griegconnect.com to compile statistics on how visitors use the website. The purpose is to improve and further develop the information services on our website. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to, are the number of users visiting different pages, how long the visit lasts, what websites users come from and what kind of browsers visitors are using. This information does not contain user-specific details.
3.2 Marketing
Grieg Connect will use information from the cookies to create and deliver informative value-added newsletters for the client base, and for marketing of products to users based on their consents, compliant with EU law.

You may also request correcting, erasure, and restriction in the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy legislation.

8. Terms of use for e-course site GDRP
These terms relates to the use of Grieg Connect ISPS e-courses delivered on an external Moodle platform.
The user terms are about how Grieg Connect AS collects, processes and uses personal data from registration and participation in our e-learning course.
Data controller
Grieg Connect AS is the data controller for the processing of this personal information. EFAKTOR AS is your data processor. Grieg Connect AS and EFAKTOR AS have entered into a data processing agreement.
Personopplysninger som behandles
We process the personal information you provide: name, e-mail address, telephone number, place of work, date of birth, as well as an overview of course certificates and course and grade history and IP address. The purpose of the processing is to offer users training and document completed training, as well as to ask for evaluation afterwards. The personal information is collected when you register on the portal itself, update your profile and complete a course.
Registering personal information is a prerequisite for the creation of a user for course participants. We further process the personal information in order to be able to keep anonymous user statistics. The statistics help us to see how many, and what types of user groups, use the courses.We do not want to share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal information to others. Course managers only have access to the personal information associated with the course they themselves are responsible for. Only EFAKTOR AS operates the solution, and portal managers at Grieg Connect AS have access to all personal information.Your personal data will only be processed in Norway.
Legal basis
Information such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, place of work, date of birth, course and grade history, course certificate and IP address are used to fulfill an agreement on training and to be able to issue the correct course certificate based on name and date of birth, and the legal basis for this treatment is the personal protection regulation article 6, no. 1 letter b.

Use of cookies
Moodle, which EFAKTOR AS operates in Norway, uses the following cookies:
MoodleSession is used to hold the session created when you log into Moodle. This cookie expires in one hour, unless you have logged out or the portal administrator has set a shorter time for inactivity in the portal’s settings.
_cfuid is used to remember which username you last logged in with. This cookie is stored for one year, unless you clear temporary internet files on your machine before then. The cookie does not contain any sensitive information.
