Sales and Business Development Manager Finland

Grieg Connect is expanding across the Nordics, and we’re now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our presence in Finland.

Our systems are in use at more than 90 ports and 315 ferries, and we have already entered the Finnish market. The software is fully localized in Finnish, integrated with today’s MSW, and we are committed to integrating with the upcoming NEMO system. The architecture is prepared for integrations with most major TOS systems.

Our platform covers the full port operation: from port calls to rentals, shift planning of personnel, salary base accumulation, invoicing of services, and internal costing.

As Sales and Business Development Manager you will strengthen our position in Finland, supported by an experienced Nordic team across sales, delivery and consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Grieg Connect’s sales and customer development in Finland
  • Build and maintain relationships with port authorities, terminal operators and stakeholders
  • Develop opportunities across our portfolio: PMIS, BI analysis, shift planning, ISPS and gate solutions, and Ferry Systems
  • Represent Grieg Connect in meetings, workshops and industry events
  • Work with Nordic colleagues to ensure successful implementations and long-term client value in Finland

What we expect

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within maritime or logistics
  • Ability to engage with C-level and operational decision-makers
  • Track record in solution sales and market expansion
  • Strong Finnish and English skills (Scandinavian language skills a plus)
  • A relevant network and ability to navigate the Finnish business landscape
