The agreement includes port call management, resource planning, time tracking with salary bases, contract management, invoicing and business intelligence. The solution will be integrated with national systems such as PortNet, with NEMO integration to follow as it becomes available.
The project will be delivered by Grieg Connect’s team in Finland, ensuring close collaboration and local support.
The new system supports the port’s ongoing work to develop its processes and strengthen control of daily operations, by bringing key workflows and data into one system. The solution is designed to meet relevant cybersecurity requirements, including NIS2.
Strengthening operations and collaboration
“This is an important step in how we manage the port. We need stronger and clearer insight of our operations for enabling smooth flows of cargo and people. Grieg Connect provides a solution that supports this and gives us a solid foundation for further development,” says Hannu Kallio, CEO of Port of Naantali.
For Grieg Connect, the agreement supports continued growth in Finland. “We are grateful for the trust placed in us by Port of Naantali. This is an important milestone for us, both in Finland and in our continued international growth. Together with the port, we will deliver a solution that strengthens control of operations and supports further development,” says Espen Ranvik, CEO of Grieg Connect.
